RISE Collective was founded with the sole purpose of creating a space to support and empower our community. Since 2022, RISE Collective has held bi-weekly meetings for community members. It is our hope and vision to continue to grow capacity to provide services for every directly-impacted family and their incarcerated loved one coming home to New Orleans in our collective.
